Terms of service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to all of the following terms

GENERAL TERMS
Price might be increased depending on character's complexity.
If I'm not comfortable with your order I have the right to decline without further explanation.
Any violation of my t.o.s will be blacklisted and banned from future transaction.PAYMENT
I will not start any commission without full payment beforehand. I MAY accept payment plans on large orders.
I accept payment in USD via Ko-fi or PayPal.
Do not issue chargebacks without discussion. Please notify me if you want to cancel or a refund.PROCESS
WIPs will only be given if the commissioner personally asks for it.
WIPs might also be given if I the artist, wonder something about the commission.
Turnaround time for your commission can be up to 4 months.
After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made - small colouring/marking mistakes.
Any great changes will come with an extra charge - outfit change, outfit addition/subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
A purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will be an additional 200% of the original price.
With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your brand.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.CANCELLING/REFUNDING POLICY
If I have drawn your character inaccurately, please tell me and I will fix it.
If I cannot finish the piece for some reason, a full refund will be given and you will be notified before
I do not work on a deadline by default. If you need one however let me know in the order.
Please be patient with me, some days I can pump out tons of work, sometimes it takes longer.
If payment has not been sent yet, I have the right to cancel the commission.CUSTOM DESIGNS / ADOPTS
Once the design is yours, you are free to do whatever you wish with them.
You are free to redesign them / transform them into another species. Please be sure to still credit me for the original design.
All designs are personal use only and don't come with commercial use unless stated otherwise.
A purchase of Commercial rights will be an additional 100% of the original price.
Do not resell them more than what you have paid (additional art can be added to the price)
Free designs can only be traded / gifted regardless of additional art.
